We Understand the day in day out heavy schedules of our clients which is why we send our guests SMS confirmation reminders 48 hours prior to appointment.

We humbly ask you contact Alycia via 0419848199, Facebook or Instagram to cancel your appointment within the 48-24 hours prior.

We do appreciate at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, otherwise a 50% fee of the scheduled service/s will be charged. Last minute cancellations have a significant impact on our operations therefore we need to endorse our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.
